Syncing Music problems - Please help

Thank you in advance for any and all help. I am usually pretty cluey with things like this, have read heaps of sites and tried to follow all of the suggestions.

  1. I have a Samsung Galaxy Notebook with iTunes app and all the music and songs in the library.
  2. My goal is to listen to iTunes songs and music on my Samsung A51 Andoid phone.
  3. I have tried Phone Companion apps to no avail to sync the two
  4. I have tried third party apps that are supposed to be so simple ie iSyncr - unable to open the apps on desktop
  5. My apple account is a yahoo.com.au address
  6. My microsoft accounts end in hotmail.com, but have added my yahoo.com.au account to my microsoft account
  7. It is okay to speak to me like am five, as I genuine would like to accomplish my goal, but am a tad frustrustrated.

I would genuinely really appreciate if someone may please walk me through to accomplish my goal, as honestly, I don't think it is too difficult, but seemingly it is

I have the Apple Music app on my phone and thought the library from iTunes would or could be aut transferred there, but every time I try to open that app or view the Library, it wants me to pay. I just want to listen to music (hopefully offline on my phone from my Notebook.

The phone icon does not appear on the iTunes page for transfer to the Samsung iCloud

Hoping my information is useful to someone here. Thank you again. Joanne

Hello mickeydownunder1,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you'd like to sync your Android device with iTunes on your PC. We'll do our best to assist with this.

The only way to accomplish this is to be an Apple Music subscriber. Without the subscription, you wouldn't be able to sync your library with an Android device. When using Apple Music, you'd have to sign in with the same Apple ID on the PC in iTunes and Android Apple Music app, then set up 'Sync Library' in order to sync the content across your devices.

Check out the following:

Access your music library on all your devices

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

If you were hoping to simply transfer/sync the music without an Apple Music subscription, we'd suggest to provide Apple feedback: Product Feedback

In case you are an Apple Music subscriber, what happens when you attempt to use iTunes on your PC to access the content there? Any issues?

Hoping this helps answer your questions, take care!

Hello Joanne,

You're so welcome for the help. Currently, there isn't a supported way to transfer the music without a subscription to Apple Music. The Music app that's available on your Android phone will still need to have a paid membership for Apple Music. If you haven't already used the free trial for Apple Music, that should still be available for you to check out: Apple Music

Once signed up for the Apple Music subscription, then you can, 'Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music' from the above resource in our last post; to sync that content from your Notebook to your Android phone.

Hopefully this is more helpful for you, cheers!

Thank you soooo much destiny241

Genuinely and really, really appreciate

I am an Apple Music subscriber (in icon only) and not a paid subscription. I understand I cannot simply sync my library FROM the Samsung Galaxy Notebook 12 to my Android Samsung Galaxy A51.

I did read your links provided and while am usually very cluey with these things, I am simply not able to figure this out.

I presume my ONLY option to listen to my Library currently on my Notebook (which was synced to a PC not working at the moment) on my Android phone is to transfer the music without a subscription.

If you would be so kind as to explain how I might be able to do that and IF it is possible to transfer my library from the Notebook to listen on my Android, can I listen to music offline and not on wifi or mobile data?

Thank you in advance

Cheers
