I have 3 gmail accounts and mail used to show All Inbox etc at the top of the mailbox list but now doesnt. This meas I have to scrool down to the 3 accounts to check for new emails. How do I get All InBox back?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, 'All Inboxes' isn't showing up in the Mail app on your Mac. We'll do our best to assist.
It sounds like you wish to see this inbox under the Favorites tab. Sometimes it can get minimized within the Mail app. On the left side bar, at the very top, it should say 'Favorites' and you can select the arrow to point down to see all within the grouping.
If that's not what's going on, you can try to remove the app's saved state and try again. You can do this by launching the Mail app while holding down the Shift key on your keyboard until it opens the app completely.
In case it still persists, do you have any rules set up through the Mail app? Have you made any changes to your Mac recently?
