WhatsApp icon disappearing
The WhatsApp icon has disappeared from my iPhone. I can access my threads again via
the App Store, but the icon does not reappear. I tried turning the phone off and on again, and that made no difference.

Look at your other app folder or home screen.
IF that doesn't work - settings - general - reset - reset home screen layout.
