I had put on an email address on my iphone some time ago, and today it says that it need me to verify my password so I went to input my password and it says exchange account can not verify and has blocked your email.
Now I go to a desk top and input all the information and its there, I can get in without any issues.
What's going on?

Ask Microsoft or look at their support site, or if this is a work email ask your IT person.
If I had to guess it probably has to do app specific password.
