apple watch move ring closing when not moving or doing anything

My move ring closes quick and I done everything calibrated it does nothing factory reset does nothing the morning I put the watch on my wrist and like 5 minutes later it done like 20 kcals and I've done nothing to earn the kcals by time I go to the kitchen for coffee 50 kcals done by the end of the day I've done 762 kcals it was ok 2 weeks ago I was closing the rings normal doing fitness + now with this happening I am just closing the red ring in a couple of minutes.

The standing ring and exercise ring is ok not closing its the move ring that's closing fast is there anything I could do to stop it from closing quick

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
