Apple Watch Move Ring Decreased

My Apple Watch (series 4) move ring has decreased 3 times after logging a workout. I have installed the latest update and I’ve reset my watch. What else can I do?

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.

Javaliga, thank you for your advice. I tried all those tips, but I’m still having the problem. I actually got a new Apple Watch 2 days ago, and the same problem happened this morning. I workout for about 34 minutes (logging the workout), and my move ring is almost at 60%. Then a little while later it drops to around 22%. This is the 4th time I’ve tried to get my October Goal and the 4th time this same problem has happened. I still need some help please.
