Bcc email not appearing on Sent Emails

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue seeing the addresses displayed in your messages from the Sent folder and that the Bcc field doesn't appear. Have you tried using the suggestion provided in article, Address emails in Mail on Mac under section: Hide email addresses using Bcc? Here it's stated to try clicking the Header Fields button and enabling Bcc? You may also want to try going to View in the Mail toolbar and selecting Bcc Address Field.
