Keeps saying that it can’t be verified because of a connection error but I have 2 signal bars and LTE

Verification Failed - Error connecting to the Apple ID server When I try and sign into my Apple ID on my iPhone XS iOS 14.1 I get the Verification Failed error. I have already found other posts that recommend a different connection and to double check your login credentials. Here is what I have done so far: Rebooted the device - issue persists Change to a different Wi-fi network - issue persists I have no cellular plan, so I cannot try that. Signed into account on multiple different iOS devices to check my credentials - iPad Air 2 iOS 12.1.1 - No issue on that device iPhone 5s iOS 12.4.8 - No issue on that device The two devices above were on the SAME NETWORK that my iPhone XS is still having issues on. Please do not reply to this and tell me that my network or credentials should be checked. I have validated that the account in question is a non-issue by signing in on TWO different iOS devices on the SAME NETWORK. But for whatever reason, a very specific iOS device (iPhone XS iOS 14.1) will not allow me to log in. Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! Thanks for posting about not being able to get past a verification error on your iPhone. We'd be glad to see what we can do to help.

Just so we're clear, are you attempting to Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication or are you simply trying to activate a new device? If you're having trouble with the latter, look over If you can't activate your iPhone.

If the issue happens to be something else, please provide additional details so we can get a more clear picture of the exact issue being faced, and we'll go from there.
