Student subscription Apple Music

Yesterday I’ve started student subscription on Apple Music but unfortunately I accidentally did it from my mum’s Apple ID and then I wanted to change and continue this subscription but from my own Apple ID and I couldn’t do it because unidays told me that me as a student use this account but from the other Apple ID. I’ve entered my mum’s Apple ID and stopped my subscription because I thought that in this way I could attach my student identity to my own Apple ID but I couldn’t do it. What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities, and we'll be happy to help in any way we can. We understand you're having issues with your Apple ID account. If your Apple ID subscription for students was in use with another Apple ID, you wouldn't be able to use it with yours until the end of the billing period for that cancelled subscription, which is why your discount is currently unavailable.
