Apple Watch stuck on power save mode

Hi I had my Apple Watch series 6 on charge last night and was nearly fully charged but this morning it’s stuck on power save mode. I’ve tried restarting it and force restart but nothing is working?

Apple Watch 6 Stuck in power saving mode. Can’t do hard reset and doesn’t take charge. My Apple Watch 6 went to paper saving mode and got stuck. It is not taking charge although red charging icon turns green with charging. It’s not going to hard reset. In this low battery, it is showing time in power reserve mode but doesn’t proceed.

Apple Watch stuck in power saver mode Hey so some times my watch has an issue recharging. The solution is usually reboot the watch. Once watch goes to 1% or below it goes into power saver mode. In this mode there seems to be no way to restart it. It is NOT on charge as I know you can't restart while on charging station. Is there anything i can do. Holding the lower button for 10 seconds doesn't work, nor does holding the top button or both buttons at the same time.
