Sunset off 5hrs for HomeKit Automations

Rebuilt my Home with a new HomePod mini instead of using my iPad that had a wonky wifi connection. Created everything from scratch. Now my automations at sunset and sunrise will not work correctly. They are triggering early by about 5 hrs. I ask Siri what time it is, where I am, the weather and when sunset is and it answers correctly. But the automation is still off. I have location services turned on for Siri and HomeKit. Not sure what I’m missing. I even removed and re-added the automation. Still no go. This is brutal. I thought this would improve my Home and instead it’s made it worse.

Anyone have any tips or had the same issue?

Thanks

HomePod mini, 14

I’m not currently using sunset as it’s too early where I live. So I can’t comment about that.

  • Which iOS device did you use to set it up with? Is everything correct on that device?
  • Look in settings> General > Date & Time
  • Also check location settings on said device. Like this: Apple ID> Find My
