An ap called "quick mac booster" has appeared on the bottom of my screen. Is it a real apple ap. It seems to be some kind of security thing.

No, it is not "an apple ap." In fact it is considered to be Malware.
You can use Malwarebytes to remove it.

Is quick mac booster an apple ap? It appeared in my tool bar at the bottom of my screen
