my iPhone was fall down and smashed so i just need to transfer all my data from the old one to new i got but still the screen is smashed so when they text the code about the icloud can't see on the screen so how i can transfer the data and everything to the new devise ?

You will need to get another phone number or email address set up as "trusted" so that the code can be sent:
Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication
If you don't have another number set up, see this:
How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support
Then, on another device, do this:
Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
