iphoneX recovery mode loop after water damage

So a few days ago I dropped my iPhoneX in salt water for about 2 seconds, I quickly took it out dried it up as quickly as possible and tried sucking out all water in the speaker holes ect, it was working fine then it started making weird clicking sounds when I got a notification, charging wouldn’t work and Face ID notification kept popping up when I restarted it, it then died later I put into on charge and it came up with the restore screen, I’ve tried every possible solution such as updating the phone, restoring the phone serveral times, using 3rd party software to kick it out of dfu mode, force restarting it nothing works, I’m stuck in a safe mode loop...

if there is any other fix to this that I haven’t heard pls reply and tell me, but I think my phone is toast and it’s needs to be replaced or taken to apple.

Hello,

Your phone almost certainly has water damage and will need to be replaced. See this for more detail:

Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty

Good luck.
