Apple watch keeps on popping the power off button

Hi, I need your help. My apple watch keeps on showing the power off slider, medical id and sos emergency. It is like a ghost touch because I am not pressing any buttons in my watch. I also tried doing a hard reset, pair and unpair, i even deleted the watch app in my phone and installed it back again but the problem still persist. There was one night when I am sure that I turned off the watch, it just made this loud alarm and it actually called the 911. I woke up in the middle of the night and I disabled the sos function and put the watch in an airplane mode. Now it keeps on showing the power off slider even if I am resetting it or pairing it with my phone. What will I do? This is stressing me out. Is my watch broken? It never fell or bump into anything. This issue just happened out of the blue.
