My Apple Watch does not supply a power off slide after depressing the side button. I only get the medical id and emergency alert. I’ve tried rebooting the watch a couple times but no change. Anything else I can do?

The watch doesn’t display a power off option when the side button is pressed. Only shoes the medical id and emergency. I’ve restarted the watch a few times but no change. Any other options to get this displayed?
