iphone 11 pro max turns off after 2-3 minutes after unlocking

trying to put in recovery mode and restore via factory reset went through however the same issue is happening its turning off and restarting automatically after 2 minutes 48 seconds

surely this isn't normal just to have the iPhone automatically not work because of a rear microphone problem?

the phone works fine okay the rear microphone may be damaged but why on earth would it automatically restart like clockwork at 2:45 surely this is a software error

its like apple wants to force you to take it in for repairs so just they can hear what your saying because your mic is damaged.
