So what happens when you try to restore your iPad from your PC or Mac computer? Do you see any errors or messages - either on your iPad or PC/Mac?

If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support

iOS update and restore errors – Apple Support
