I just got my phone yesterday and I was setting it up today and it asked me to update my Apple ID Settings so I hit "continue" but nothing happens. Its just stuck on loading screen.

Try completely shutting down the device for a few minutes. Then restart and skip setting up the Apple ID. Finish setting up the device and then set up the Apple ID.
