AppleCare

Hi I purchased my IPhone 12pro in Dec. i bought the phone in Dec but didn’t arrive until February. They said that I have a year free of AppleCare. I wanted to verify this and/or pay for additional AppleCare. I tried the check Apple care address but it didn’t give me an answer or anything for that matter when I put in my Serial Number. Can you possibly confirm whether or not I am covered? And let me know how I can purchase AppleCare for my phone?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Check your serial number at https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

If it already has AppleCare+ you’ll see it like the attached picture. If not it will say something like limited/one year warranty. If you don’t see an option to add AppleCare+ just click the blue “Contact Apple Support” you also see in the attached pic.
