It's dead, you need to buy another. You can try to dry it out but it's likely already dead. NEVER try electornics that have gotten wet until they have thoroughly dry for about a week or 2. You can try to put the remote in a baggy full of rice or some desiccant bags to help withdraw moisture. If it works great but be prepared to replace it.
