Settings>Battery>Battery Health... and check your maximum capacity percentage.
If it is close to 80%, it's time to have your battery replaced.

Well, if it is brand new, it might need some charging cycles (in about 1 week) to "normalize" its activity.
If you think it's still draining too fast, go back to the shop where that battery was replaced and have it checked.

Few charging cycles may be needed to 'optimize' battery usage. But battery drains out completely on standby in just a few hours, it indicates a problem. Surprisingly, it is happening on my iPhone 8 Plus for no reason. OS was updated few weeks back and everything was fine until last week. Now I updated to the latest 14.4.1 and it didn't help. I factory reset my device. Still battery drains out completely overnight. The stupid battery stats on iOS says nothing. Battery health is currently at 85% (I have seen it drops by approx. 2% with each update. Is this Apple's systematic obsolescence plan?).
Battery was just replaced

It seems to have resolved itself at the moment
Hope the battery problem on your phone hasn't returned.
My iPhone 8 Plus is having a disastrous battery drain and is completely unexplained!
