Settings>Battery>Battery Health... and check your maximum capacity percentage.

If it is close to 80%, it's time to have your battery replaced.

Few charging cycles may be needed to 'optimize' battery usage. But battery drains out completely on standby in just a few hours, it indicates a problem. Surprisingly, it is happening on my iPhone 8 Plus for no reason. OS was updated few weeks back and everything was fine until last week. Now I updated to the latest 14.4.1 and it didn't help. I factory reset my device. Still battery drains out completely overnight. The stupid battery stats on iOS says nothing. Battery health is currently at 85% (I have seen it drops by approx. 2% with each update. Is this Apple's systematic obsolescence plan?).
