iTunes Extras not loading on Apple TV App

Hi, I recently purchased a movie bundle on iTunes with iTunes Extras (the main reason I purchased the bundle) the extras were working yesterday but as of today everytime I try to play them I get the error message “There’s a problem loading this content”

I have deleted the Apple App and reinstalled and tried again but the same issues applies, I have restarted my iPhone issue remains, I checked for the latest iOS - I have iPhone 12 with iOS 14.4.1, I also checked my wifi which is strong and not causing issues.

please can you let me know how to solve for This problem - thanks
