MacBook Air 2020's full charge capacity decrease

Greetings. I have a soon to be 3-months old MacBook Air 2020 (i3 version) and as far as I know, the design capacity is 4381 mAh. When I check it in the System Information application, it usually says that it's around 4200 mAh, sometimes it's a little bit more, sometimes it's a little bit less. Is that a normal sign for just three months? And what can I do preserve the battery health for a longer period of time?

Thank you!
