Accidental switch of region of AppStore, can't switch back

Hello!

I had AppStore with Apple Music subscription in my home region. Today I tried to listen to a song, but it said that it is not available in my region and offered me to switch to another one. After I did that, I can't download or just listen to any music that is not stored on my device.

Same with AppStore - I can't download any app since it says that my AppleID is only valid for my home region store. However, it doesn't offer me to switch the store back.

I can't just switch the region in settings since I have the subscription. I cancelled it, but it will only expire on 30th of March, which means that for two weeks I can neither download any app, nor listen to any music (since I basically don't have any music stored locally)...

Therefore, I have two questions:

1. Is there a way/workaround to switch the store back? If it worked one way so stupidily, then it should probably also work the other way...
2. Is there a way to cancel the subscription right now and not wait until the end of the month? That way I could just switch the region in a normal way.
