hello, I’d like to change a region in the the App Store, it says that I have to change a region also in the Apple Music. To do that you have to cancel your current subscription to Apple Music, I did it. However, it’s last until 12th of January. And still it shows me the note that I have to cancel my subscription, but I have already did that.

You can change the region/country in your Apple ID account not in the App Store , once you change that then go to App Store and log out restore your iPhone then try to download any app and it will ask to log in , to change rrgion go to www.appleid.apple.com
You have to wait until the current subscription expires i.e. 12th. Try on the 13th or later.
