Can’t change country/region

when attempting to change country/region (need this to install an new app) - it tells “to change stores you first need to cancel your apple music subscription”.

I did unsubscribe from apple music, but it still tells me that I have to unsubscribe to change the region. At the same time apple music is showing that subscription expires on April 9th (in almost 1 month).

How can I unsubscribe from apple music now?

You'll have to wait until all subscriptions have ended.
