Important apps not working

The Messenger app has problem: Tries to send messages, but does not succeed - just hanging.

The Apple store app is not working at all: When I start the app it immediately falls back.

What can I do now? Without Apple Store I cannot refresh anything

After a nights rest on the desk, my iPhone works again.

I'm happy for that, but Why is this happening?
