Deregister temporary phone number

I had a temporary number on a new sim while waiting for my number to be ported across. Now the temp number is gone but is still registered for Imsg and FaceTime. I can't seem to deregister the temp number on my account as am not getting the code (because the temp number is no longer associated with my sim). What do I do
