I have the exact same problem as this post with no end reply. I have tried everything on it and it won't fix.

We see the Touch Bar to the right of your MacBook Pro is not working as expected.
To clarify, you've already attempted both a SMC and NVRAM reset?
If so, test the issue in safe mode. Let us know if it still doest not illuminate after booting up and signing in there.

I tried those options as it was what I found on the internet and no result.
Any other option or test? Strange the exact same part is blacked out as the other post.
