IPad Pro 12.9 inch 2020

It happens with me now say from a quite a long time not only iPad Pro but also iPad Air 4 th gen other models of iPad and as well as iPhones. It is because of the Apple software running on the devices are using more features and using more power ultimately leading to faster draining of battery. Apple is consistently trying to fix it. It’s not only you and me but as per a poll conducted by a Youtuber on YouTube mention around 83% of people are facing this problem. There are future updates coming soon they might fix this issue. I don’t want you actually to hit Apple Support then they will suggest you to restore and then sending to Apple Repair centres so let’s keep it simple wait for some time and this will be resolved. You can submit a feedback to Apple for this at www.Apple.com/feedback this will help them to draw attention towards this problem. Thanks for reaching Apple Support Community.

I know it might be happening What I may suggest is you please visit an Apple Official Repair center and get your battery status and battery health checked out

It’s at 93% according to two different apps capable of measuring battery health from my computer. This battery capacity should be more than enough to see longer lasting battery than what I currently do.

Also, the battery has slowly decreased in capacity, as is normal. However, the drain has a sudden onset. The battery has held charge just fine up untill as of late but recently and suddenly it became very much worse. I see no reason for that other than one of the recent updates. Going from 95-94% of max capacity to 93% capacity shouldn’t change the battery behavior THIS much.

Charge it when not in use.

Seeing the same on my iPad pro 12.9 2018. The drain is redicilous and seems to havenstrted after installing one of the two latest iOS versions. It drained 2% while writing this comment.

The last two updates only included security fixes and did nothing to the battery.
