Compass and Measure app not working.

To my surprise, all of a sudden Apps based on motion sensor are not working. Compass, Measure, Health app etc are not working. I guess it happened after upgrade to iOS 13 few months back. After I restart iPhone, sometimes these app work and all of a sudden iPhone restarts on its own and then these apps stop working. I am quite frustrated with this issue. Anyone guide please.

iOS 13 was over a year ago and we are at 14.4.1 now.

If a restart fixes things (even if only for once) there is not anything wrong with the hardware.

Next time you visit an Apple Store have it examined.

Apple store told me a different story. They ran diagnostics and confirmed that sensors hw are not working.

hence I am not able to trust it because after restart these apps work sometimes for few seconds or minutes even.
