alarms go off I didn't set

My iphone 12 mini alarm goes off at times which I did not set so there is no alarm to delete. How can I fix this?

Make sure that the bedtime feature is off. If it is, I'm afraid you'll have to reset your phone. Please see this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250719085
