Every now and then Siri will say something random from my HomePod mini while it is inactive.
We'll just be sitting there and Siri will speak then go silent. Asking her to repeat what was said is met with silence.
Any ideas as to why Siri is speaking?

Siri will sometimes mishear very faint and unrelated sounds as the start of a Hey Siri request. It would be nice occasionally if one could review what Siri has apparently heard to make sense of its behaviour.

I can see that happening with faint sound just after a Hey Siri request.
But there was no Hey Siri request made, in fact the house was completely silent.
