EAR DISCOMFORT WITH POWERBEATS PRO

I'm having the same issue with my ears using the The Beats Power Pro. I have tried everything cleaning them with soap and water when after I use them, but still no relief. My ears itch after use and drums get sore, but I am a big fan of Beats and this I'd the first time encountering this and I have to pairs of power Beats wireless and never had this problem. What seems to be the different in materials when making this model? And how can I rectify the issue I have ie...Replacing this product?

powerbeats pro causing skin problems and drainage inside of ears I see a bunch of customers have had the same issue with using the power beat pros. It's causing rashes behind the ears and drainage inside the ears. I received mine as a Christmas present. I used them a few times and I started getting dry skin and itching behind the ears. I noticed drainage also inside the ears. I clean them every time I used them since it's a habit I have always had with any earbuds. I figured it was my skin being dry from the cold weather and went to the doctor a few times. They prescribed a fungal ointment to see if it would help. I would apply it twice a day and it wasn't helping. I finally called back and she sent me to a dermatologist. They gave me some other ointments to apply to my ears. I stopped using them for a month, since I've been at home due to the pandemic. I started doing some research and I saw that so many have complained about this issue. I had my wife use them for half a day and she had the same issue. I don't know if it's the material they are using for the earbuds that's causing this. I have tried to contact apple support via chat and I can't seem to find anywhere I can send feedback via email to beats or apple. Has anyone had success reaching out to apple about this issue? I would like to let someone know about this issue or if they could call me about it to give them feedback!

beats fit pro replacement tips Wondering if anyone has tried replacing the tips on the beats fit pro? either with memory foam tips or something else? I think some models of Sennheiser tips work with them? I am finding my ears get sore quickly.
