Every NBC owned app freezes my Apple TV

I am having issues only with apps owned by NBC (Bravo, NBC, etc.) freezing my Apple TV 4K. They work for a day or two but inevitably freeze. When I launch them I immediately get a blue screen that freezes the Apple TV and I am forced to unplug it to reset. I have deleted and reloaded all of the NBC apps and continue to get the same problem. No matter the wifi network or location. Apple TV is up to date and all other apps work perfectly. Is anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here. If you hold down the menu button, it’ll take you out of the bravo blue screen and to your Home Screen. Then go to settings->system and restart from there. Same thing you’re doing now, but easier than unplugging.

Since you’ve updated everything, uninstalled/reinstalled, reset and tested on other networks, we advise reaching out to NBC for further troubleshooting.
