Does the iPhone 12 pro max focus in the ultrawide mode?

I have heard it is a fixed-focus lens.

Ultra wide angle camera not focusing on iPhone 14 pro max I have this problem since the update 16.2. the ultra wide angle camera cannot focus on to the landscapes or anything in the background, however it can focus on the macro shots. But, at the moment of reviewing the pictures they are a complete mess. Attached the evidence. Any advice?
