Balance on Apple ID account in order to change region

Hi there,

I need to change the region of my Apple ID but I have a small balance left on my account of $0.63 cents I believe. Can you help me with this as when I follow the steps to change the region it says I cannot do that with a balance remaining on the account. I did try to use my credit card to add a payment method and increase my balance but that does not seem to be going through either.

You need to actually buy an item instead of just increasing the balance for that method to work. Alternatively, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
