Order has not arrived

Hi, the hotel claims that the order has not arrived. How can I understand if apple didi’t delivered or the hotel missed the package?


How can I get a tracking number or proof of delivery?

This is a tech support forum, not Apple retail.


You would need to contact Apple retail directly about a purchase that you have made.
