If I made time lapse on my iPhone how can I find it at my iPad?

ARe you synchronising your iPad and iPhone using Photos in iCloud?
Assuming that both devices are signed-in to iCloud with the same AppleID, on both your iPad and iPhone:
Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos - set to ON
