macbook air crashing every time it sleeps

hello! for about a week now my macbook (air, 13-inch, 2019) has started crashing whenever I leave it switched on but inactive for a long time (at least 2h+) in sleep mode. it then goes through the motions of restarting, generating a report, crashing again, restarting, etc. restarting it manually seems to eventually do the trick but is obviously quite a faff. would be v grateful for advice on what to do...! am running the latest big sur update (11.2.3). see diagnosis from today's crash attached
