are my AirPods supposed to show under my devices on my iCloud? because they do not do it. I have already re paired them and no changes.

How could I add my AirPods under my devices list on iCloud?

No, they aren’t suppose to show up under iCloud. However, they should be part of the list on Find my iPhone. Please check and let me know.
