Can not hear when answering phone on watch. It worked until about two months back. I know others having same problem.

Wondering which version of watch you have, and whether the software up-to-datre ?

I understand you need Bluetooth headphones or speakers to listen to most audio on your Apple Watch

The suggestion did not work. Any other suggestions?
Have a 3 series, up to date. The watch worked until one update about two months back. Not sure which update caused problem.
