Uncheck: DO NOT DISTURB in Notifications of System Preferences

1. Go to: System Preferences
2. Select: Notifications
3. Select: Do Not Disturb on the far-left
4. Click: the white box on the top-right
5. Uncheck: DO NOT DISTURB

Do you have access to any DO NOT DISTURB button? If it appears not, then type DO NOT DISTURB in the searchbar on the top-right corner of the screen.
