AirPod Max Transparency mode

I absolutely love the AirPod Max, which I have now owned for a month or so. I am however, hard of hearing and normally wear hearing aids in both ears. I remove these when using the AirPods or I get a feedback whistle and poor audio quality. Without my hearing aids the Airpods' sound quality is stunningly good. I do need to listen at high volume levels though, which I do despite frequent warnings to reduce the volume.

The transparency mode is excellent, giving ambient sound so realistic that it's like not wearing headphones at all. But as I normally need to wear hearing aids, the ambient volume level is insufficient. What I am hoping is that a firmware update will allow an increase of transparency ambient sound to a 'larger than life' level for users like me whose hearing is sub-standard. That would make the AirPods Max even more wonderful.

Apple, please take note. Thank you.
