"Clock" is missing in Date/Time

Hello everyone,

I've been using the time announce feature on my Macbook for a while, and I'd love to turn it off since it scares me sometimes while I'm focusing on my work or watching movies.

However, I can't find the "clock" tab in Date/Time in Preference and I have to keep being scared before I manage to turn it off :((

Does it happen to anyone else?

ps. My Macbook is Retina 12-inch, early 2016 and running Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3
