You can loop a movie in the project by clicking on View/Loop Playback. However, the looping will not carry over to the shared out movie. No way to do that.
You can loop a shared out movie when playing it in QuickTimePlayer by doing a View/Loop. Other players may have a similar looping feature.
As a workaround, you can create a virtual loop by repeatedly copying and pasting the media in the project back into the timeline. That will create a long movie that will continue looping for as many repetitions and you pasted in. To do this do an Edit/Select All, Edit/Copy, to copy all of the media in the project, with the edits preserved. Then repeatedly Edit/Paste the media into the timeline. When you share out the movie it will keep repeating over and over as the movie progresses, until completes the last repetition that you pasted in. Not perfect, but might be satisfactory for your purpose.
