Apple Cash card

Some one sent me money to the cash card. I cannot take it off there and it says 0 money. Help!

Apple pay So I tried to send $40 from my Apple Pay wallet to my cash app card, but I had forgotten to reenable my card and cashapp ended up declining my transaction. But then when I had reenable my cashapp are and contacted cashapp they said I can retry again but the money didn’t do back to my apple wallet. So where did my money go? [Edited by Moderator]

Gift card is not valid I got an apple gift card today at Walgreens today and I have the receipt that I paid for it. When trying to redeem the card I got and error that the code was not valid. I got with apple and they told me the card was voided because the card inside the packaging did not match the numbers on the package and I needed to get with the store were I bought it. I got with Walgreens and they asked me if I was the one who open the card. I informed them that I did and there was no signs of problems with the packaging. That told me to get with apple. After speaking with apple two times they pushed me back to Walgreens. The end result is apple will not help and now I am out of 25.00. If there is anyone who could help that would be great.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. From what you’ve described, it sounds like you’ve received money to your Apple Cash balance but it is not available yet.

Look over this guide, to start: Add money to Apple Cash. It includes how to check your balance. If the balance still doesn’t show up, the sender may need to check the transaction with their financial institution. We hope this helps.
