How To Remove Shortcut Banners?

I added custom app icons using Shortcuts by Scripting -> Open App -> Add to Home Screen. When the app opens I get a notification from shortcuts. I am wanting to remove these and I have tried going through Screen Time, but Shortcuts doesn't appear under Notifications or anywhere else in Settings. Whenever I go into screen time and view all activity, it just freezes and refreshes. Any fixes to remove the banner notifications of Shortcuts Banners.
