How to backup Pimsleur app course audio and data?

i downloaded course into iPad but how to know whether it is also backup or exist in cloud?

which approach is cheaper or efficient, buy a new iPad to clone existing iPad or buy a external storage for existing iPad? I worry compatibility of future iPad , because I will use in next 60 years.

which version of iPad should I start to prepare to migrate to new iPad?

can 128MB iPad clone to 256MB iPad?

if not need cloned , does it mean that Pimsleur audio and course data can download from cloud to new iPad after I bought new iPad?

There is no Pimsleur in iCloud backup app list, why? Can not backup to cloud for this app?

i had turn off Siri , notification and background app refresh of Pimsleur, will this influence it add to the list?
